What are microgreens?
Microgreens are young edible seedling of vegetables and herbs. They are usually between 5 and 8 cm small and grow within one or two weeks. Unlike sprouts, microgreens have already developed some leaves.

Microgreens are packed with nutrients - they are a concentrated sources of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants with a higher nutrient density than their adult counterparts.
They are delicous
From mild or spicy, to sweet or nutty. Our microgreens textures varies with some being crunchy to some being softer. They can be added to a plethora of dishes to increase the depth and texture of even the lightest hors-d'œuvre.

How we grow
Our microgreen production takes place indoors using a modern vertical growing systems to produce the highest quality products possible. We grow fully organically and with zero single-use plastic.

We sell living microgreen trays or offer you our microgreens already cut and ready to use, packed in containers made of biodegradable plastic.
